I’ve been searching awhile for some decent solar lights and have found a 5 star product. I shopped the big hardware stores and WM for a month but always walk away, too expensive and just not sure of the overall quality. I’ve searched through the many options online and here at Amazon, but most are too expensive or have negative reviews of lights that stop working or lights broken out of the box. But then I came across these lights!First, the reviews are outstanding with almost a perfect 5. There are a few reviewers that have taken away a star because the location where they want to use them doesn’t get enough sun. Cmon, be fair about it, “solar”, they need sun and I find that to be extremely unfair.The lights were packed well. Both the solar panel and light lens are covered with protective plastic that you peel off before using. Couldn’t be easier to assemble, but I’ve not installed as a wall mount yet, I’ll do that with 2 of them today.I’m going to tell on myself here because I think most all of us ignore instructions. In fact I only read the instructions after putting them together. Who needs instructions, right? Well, they do recommend charging 1-2 days before using them for the first time, but who can wait that long? I placed mine in the sun for about 2-1/2 hours before it got dark, and right before dark I moved them to their current locations, our above ground swimming pool and chicken coop. By the way, I just built the coop and need to put on the roof, so no chickens yet.They all came on and these lights are amazing. I have them all set on medium (they have 3 settings), and they are perfect. I have to admit I hesitated buying these because in the description it says (white), I wasn’t sure if they were talking about the color of the fixture or the color of the light, well, it’s the light, fixtures are black.The lights provide a great flood effect and I stood outside for 10 minutes admiring my purchase, I think I patted myself on the back! I went to bed a happy camper wondering how long they would work with such limited charge time. Well, I t’s now 4:20a (no, not that 4:20) and they are all still on, remember that’s after being in the sun for just a couple of hours.As a precaution I’d suggest installing the stakes before putting the light on top. I could see where someone could put too much force on the fixture if the ground is too hard.I am kicking myself as I caught these on sale for $45. I wanted to order 2 packs but hesitated. I’m going to order another set today but I’ll pay $55. They are without a doubt worth every penny. Cmon, that’s still just $9.16 each. You just can’t go wrong!

I picked up the 56 LED Solar garden lights last week to compensate for the loss of daylight. I have great southern exposure so I put them in the ground and let them charge. The lights charged quickly and I placed them at equal distances in the back yard. This is when I noticed you have to be careful when pushing them into the ground. Use two hands and hold the stem carefully while pushing it into the ground. I felt the stem flex when I pushed my first light into the ground and it made me think it could break if not supported properly. I’ve been happy with the way the lights come on at dark. They cast bright white light nicely at the low setting, so haven’t tried out the high setting. I can’t speak to longevity, but all six lights were in perfect shape on arrival and have functioned great.

This completely caught me by surprise! The curb appeal of my place is completely dark and it’s hard to view my house number. Rather than leaving my porch light on day and night, I searched and am glad I came upon this product. The installation was easy. That night, the lights didn’t come on, but it was okay. It had to charge a little bit. Plus, I realized I installed it without turning on the button in the back. So, the next day, I turned on the button for all six lights and didn’t expect much. By that evening, all of the lights were gleaming! And they were bright! It was the dimmest setting, as is the picture included with just one light on the pumpkins, and it is incredibly bright. I’ve left this as is everyday since the purchase without needing to do anything and it’s turned on without glitch each evening/night. This was such a great investment!

Due to my shady backyard I was frustrated with what edible plants I could grow. Out of desperation I decided it was time to add light to my garden, so I thought why not try solar LED lights? After a short while my spinach and lettuce plants are quite happy with the extra night light and it looks pretty too. It also helps to scare away greedy critters. I am very happy with them. I tried different ones, but I like the smaller size of these and they look great shining on my green plants. Easy to put in the ground!

These things are amazing. We bought 12 and put them all around our front yard. The day we put them out was super cloudy and rainy and we only put them out a couple hours before sun down. We went out at night and turned them on and they were so bright. We purposely kept them on the lowest/dimmest setting because anything brighter would be too much. They are a perfect amount of glow on the house and trees. Highly recommend.

Ordered these lights with low expectations as I have been through 3 boxes of lights already. These spot lights were easy to put together and were strong enough they didn’t break going into the ground. Turned on the lowest setting as I am using them for accents to our larger trees and they worked great after charging for about 24 hours. First day was a little cloudy so that might be why it didn’t come on the first night. Worth the buy

I ordered these to place outside the front of my house with several aimed towards my front door to keep it bright at night. When I took them out of the box and turned them on they were already working before I placed them outside. They do exactly what the product description says. I will be buying more to put in the back of my house to light up my backyard. And, I love that I can screw them onto my house siding vs. placing them in the ground for the back of the house. Best part – They save on my electric bill since I don’t need to keep a outside light on. Buy them!!!
