Motion detection works great even gets vehicles driving by thatโs over 20 feet away, the only down fall is the seasons because of the lights donโt get proper sunlight to charge the batteries they wonโt last as long through the night but they are plenty bright to light up the drive way and help catch people on my ring camera if they get too close.

Received and tested both lights in the package. Both respond correctly to the three modes available. I was concerned because we have outside lights that are permanently on, that they would be too bright and keep these from functioning. This could be a problem with someone having street lights, etc. close to the house. But it doesn’t have to be pitch black out for the motion sensors to work. They work very well. The extra light coming on is intended to intimidate anyone approaching our cars at night. There are been cases reported in nearby neighborhoods of break-ins. So we added these as an extra deterrent (and it won’t hurt to have the extra lighting so that our cameras take better pictures at night as well!). Don’t know how long they will last (I’ve seen reviews of some failing after a year or two), but at this price, I wouldn’t mind replacing them occasionally.

I ordered a set of these lights for my backyard. I initially installed them on the outer part of my deck facing my gate. I recently needed another light for the top of my deck so my dogs could see down the stairs. So I relocated one of the lights to the top of the stairs of my deck. I found the lights very easy to install, just a Philips electric/cordless screwdriver -because I was drilling into wood. Overall, this light doesnโt get a lot of sunlight during the day, but the light is very bright. And it stays on for a good amount of time. It has excellent motion sensor technology, as it even picks up my tiny little dog when he goes near it. I could not be happier. Iโve had them now for several months and they are very reliable. It was a great price and if I had to buy them again, I definitely would.

I like these motion sensor lights and will buy again. I have these mounted around my house more for my convenience than security. I live in an area where security is less of an issue than lack of any outdoor lighting. The lights are bright enough that i can see and walk around my house safely – without being so bright that my neighbors are annoyed by a bright spotlight every time a cat walks by.

These lights work great. I almost returned them because it did not quite meet our needs. We wish they did a warm version for these lights. They do work great and could not justify sending them back so decided to keep them. I just have to move them away from the areas that have a lot of warm light. ๐

Mounted these low, about shoulder height to act as a pathway light and the motion detection is just ok. I was hoping to keep the light low enough not to shine in my neighbors window because the light is very bright.

As with so many Chinese products, the flyer that is enclosed is horrible English, difficult to comprehend. I had to try it to understand what the different functions were.Charges OK. Just leave them outside for a day or so and you’re ready to test.Bright is extremely bright.Motion detection works, perhaps a bit too good. I don’t need the light to come on every time a cat walks by. I don’t know if it will last through the night this way.
