Only issue is the remote beeps when any button is pressed. Its loud. Disturbing one’s sleep if they accidentally rollover on it.Everything else is great. Hoping I missed an option to silence the remote button.

I actually had a contractor install the fan/light and he was surprised with the ease of the installation. The remote is nice because it allows us to control the light/fan without pulling a string. Yay!

I was excited to buy this fan as the blades are retractable and inconspicuous. The airflow from the fan isn’t all that great and is better suited for a small room. The installation process was a bit cumbersome as the remote controller box needs to be slotted into a very tight-fit location in the housing that can take multiple attempts to slide in correctly. The cover for the light is a simple plastic-like shell that can break very easily if dropped and is held onto the housing by simply turning the cover. The last inconvenience that made me return the unit is it only has the remote control and no cord for fan speed. While this is likely the case with most remote fans I’ve come across, the overall build quality, with the thought of losing the remote, was a game-stopper for me.

Absolutely beautiful fixture. The remote makes and annoying clicking sound when turning light/fan off or on, so we opened the receiver and put a screw in the speaker on the motherboard and the clicking sound was gone.

I like the style it’s very nice in my kitchen, but the light is not bright enough for me and the remote is not easy to use. There are no remote instructions so you have to figure it out. The light has two tones but o only get the dimmer tone by accident and can’t seem to figure out how to switch back and fourth. It looks nice in my kitchen and I got nice compliments.
