The thing to know about this, outside of it’s amazingness, is that the only good way to use it is to place it near the center of the room.I lived in Alaska and had real northern lights nearly every night. Now I live in the city in the Midwest and night skies aren’t the same and I just don’t get out to get my peace anymore. Well, here’s a city answer and a great way to get a meditation in and keep your kids in their beds long enough to fall asleep!The drifting clouds “Aurora” are beautiful and perfect. When it turns off automatically or you turn it off, it will remember your settings the next time you turn it on. Which is perfect because while the automatic light settings are great for a mood setting they’re just way to bright to sleep through, so I turn the lighting down. My kids run off with the remote so as long as I don’t unplug it, we’re good.The remote settings give you a lot of options. I have plenty of speakers in my house so I’ve never tried this one. Every time I turn it on, it says “Bluetooth mode On”, so I’m guessing if you did use it, it would be as easy as any headset.

I bought this for my son’s bedroom, after reading all the positive reviews for it. If you are considering buying this, then don’t think twice- it’s amazing! The lights are so bright and beautiful! It truly gives off an aurora borealis effect, which you can customize to your liking via the red, blue, green, and white light buttons. There are many combinations of light that you can create, like the colors of the rainbow.There are many other galaxy-themed projectors on Amazon, but once you turn them on, the lighting looks cheap…the light effects here truly look like this projector costs twice the price! The cheaper ones have the stars in a grid-like pattern….this one has them scattered about and they appear to twinkle. I love that the stars flicker in and out, like they do in nature. This gives it a dynamic effect that’s really enjoyable- you stand there mesmerized, waiting for the stars to appear again every few seconds.I highly recommend this product- my kids & I love it, and I give it 5 stars!

Plug it in and off you go to a soothing Aurora effect. It really looks good as it slides through a series of colors. The unit comes with a remote loaded with buttons, but we haven’t been motivated to figure it out. I guess we aren’t motivated since it looks so good by just turning it on. Not sure what we’d use the remote to change. There is a Bluetooth speaker, but we haven’t used that either.The manual is thorough yet doesn’t require much more than a page to get you going. We haven’t done anything more than power it on. We love the effect. I promise to explore the other options, but I can’t imagine it getting better!

I love these projectors! They set the mood in whatever room you set them up in and are so relaxing to watch. I had one in my living room for about a year and finally decided to buy this one for my bedroom.Pros:- beautiful colors that make you and your guests smile- adds a touch of magic to your home- easy to setup and easy to use- small enough to not be an eyesore- easy to move around and use in other rooms- affordable priceCons:- the bluetooth automatically connects to other devices in the room, including the TV- only 4 colors to rotate throughIf you need that extra cozy, magical touch to your personal space or your next get together, you need to buy this projector.

I love that the star patterns on this projector are more random, unlike others where the pattern is too pronounced to seem like stars. They fade in and out, and are quite hypnotic. Since you can hardly see the stars anymore due to light pollution, I found I was really missing them!The light show feature is pleasant, with waves of light that are not too manic and have a few combinations–not too many, but they are relaxing. I have to say the bluetooth speaker is a bust, and so are the built-in sound features. The blutooth is so soft I can barely hear it, the other sounds are just okay. But it isn’t the sound feature I was going for, so Im fine with that.I bought multiples of these lights for gifts, and I have to say–test the remote before gifting or letting your return time lapse! Out of 4 lights, 2 of the remotes were iffy–some features would work but others wouldn’t. I contacted customer service, and they promptly replaced the defective product.I did shop for hours to pick just the right product for me–and thankfully most products had videos you could watch. That was a great help in deciding exactly what features were right for me. I look forward to using this to fall asleep when my mind just won’t quiet down.
