i bought this two months ago. rarely used it and forgot about it. started really using it once in a while over the last few weeks. I only ever turned it on via remote and would have it on anywhere between 20 min to an hour before bed. I never used a timer function (if there is one) I always manually turned it off.About 2 days ago it wouldn’t turn on. I figured the battery went dead. I left it on the charger for about 6 hours give or take. I took it off and tried to turn it on while I winded down for bed. it refused to turn on- which is strange because it lit up just fine to indicate it was charging.No matter what it won’t turn on- it won’t react to touch anywhere or the remote. I may return itEDIT:it’s been a day or two since i wrote this review. before setting the lamp aside for a return, i tried plugging it into the charging cable (not plugged into the wall, JUST to the cable) and that seemed to fix things for some reason.I can now continue to use the lamp via touch & remote.I even use the timer feature now! very convenient

I love this lamp and keep it on all the time. It’s beautiful and once you find “the spot,” where the wire charges the lamp, it seems to work fine. However, the wire to the lame and the male head are dicy. The male connector does not go in all the way. If I put it in the way it is supposed to go, the lamp does not light. So I have to wiggle the wire and pull it back some to make the lamp work – otherwise I would have given the moon lamp a 5.

When looking at this product, I wasn’t sure if it was what I wanted. It was impulsive. Once arrived, I put together the stand. It has a charger with USB port only to plug in. No block or wall plug in capability. Once charged, I liked the variety of colors. It will dim high/low. What I like the most is that I can unplug it and touch to change the color. My kiddos think it’s pretty cool.

What a neat lamp! There’s just so many Buttons on the remote! It doesn’t get real bright but it’s perfect for a nightlight, I have it on a table in my living room underneath a picture to lighten it up, it looks pretty cool.
