   Easy to install. Not bladeless but has acrylic blades that are quiet. Wrote to company for help but a week later still have not heard back. Reverse feature issue and pairing issues keep me from getting all the amenities offered. Hope the lifetime warranty is honored! Disappointed in customer service. I paid more to get features I don’t have. COMPANY FINALLY CONTACTED ME. WOULDN’T HONOR MY PARTIAL REFUND REQUEST. WANTED VIDEOS & ASKED STUPID QUESTIONS. NON WORKING REVERSE IS THEIR ERROR – NOT MINE! AFTER SENDING ME SEVERAL EMAILS STILL WOULD NOT MAKE PURCHASE RIGHT!

   We needed a fan for our enclosed porch which has a 7′ ceiling so a bladed style would create a safety issue. After researching some options, the Orison low profile model seemed like the best choice. The white version fit the room better but Amazon only had the black one listed. When I reached out to Amazon, they were no help and insisted upon selling me another manufacturer’s product. We went round and round for over 15 minutes getting nowhere. Eventually, I was able to get connected with Orison’s support team which turned out to be a godsend.Autumn, Orison’s Support Representative, could not have been more helpful. She let me know the white version would be back on Amazon in a couple weeks and that she would contact me when that happened. True to her word, Autumn messaged me when the unit was available again so I could order one. When the USPS lost the item in transit, she was right there again to help. She was awesome.When the product finally arrived, installation was incredibly easy. Had it connected and running in under 10 minutes. It moved the air in the room and was extremely quiet at the highest speed. The only problem I encountered was connecting the fan to the mobile app. The instructions were unclear and stated to turn the unit off and on again so the app could identify the fan. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I learned it requires cutting off the power to the unit, not simply using the remote to turn it off and on again. Based upon comments posted, I wasn’t the only customer running into that problem. After getting that resolved, we have been very pleased with the Orison low profile fan and highly recommend it.Thank you again Autumn for all your help.Rich

   Our house has some really old fans so we’re replacing them. We wanted something that was Alexa/Google compatible so we could control everything from one app.This fan is was super easy to install. There’s a nice little feature of a hook on the fan to hang the fan from the mount bracket while hooking up the wiring. We did a different type of light two days earlier that didn’t have that so I thought that was a great feature. I’m not real confident doing electrical projects but I think I could have done it myself.The only drawback so far is that while it is Alexa compatible you can’t control the fan from Alexa. All you can really do from Alexa is turn it off or on or control the brightness. That’s a bummer.On the plus side it uses the Smart Life app so we didn’t have to download and install yet another app for configuration.Overall a good product for the space.

   We have lower ceilings so wanted something that would act as an air circulator, but not pose any danger. This is perfect for that job. It has multiple fan and light settings to make it totally customizable. We use the fan on low at night for increased circulation and white noise. It was super easy to install ans start using.

   So far I am liking this fan alot. The installation was pretty easy (once all the ceiling prep work was complete). The remote is simple enough to use and i really like how I can adjust the warmth of the light the fan gives off.

   My challenge was to get my old huge ceiling fan down and figure out a replacement. Someone suggested a bladeless so I gave this fan a shot. Although they’re not actually bladeless, I’m happy there are no exposed blades to snip our fingers when we stretch or toss the baby or cat up in the air playing. This fan is impressively light, both in weight and brightness! Our son has seen so much dust his cleaning level has gotten better. The fan moves more air than I expected. My goal was to distribute the propane log heat around the room and it does that very well and does it quietly. I liked it so much I bought a second one. Just note, if you want more control such as Alexa control, make sure to get the model with Alexa. But if you need a basic, light weight, bright and powerful fan to blow your air around the room and show your cleaning kids where the dust is, this is your fan.

   I use Led light (yellow) is decent/softer to use daily. The main 3 options lighting on lowest still strong to use in the evening/night.. in bedroom i don’t need that much light at highest in my case. Still not disappointed as a product to have.. I did have a hard time setting up app with light.. it took longer searching for a resolution that the app wasn’t that much important to set up because of my wifi speed settings..
