This little bud here is a game changer. I honestly dont know if this is a review for the first or the second company that I bought this from here on Amazon, so if you see this copy-pasted elsewhere, just know that I can’t even tell them apart and I use both of them daily. To begin 1) it is a light, that in fact – lights up. 2) It then ups the anty by being a light that lights up in several different intensities. 3) Truly not to be outshown by its own brilliance it THEN has the audacity to have different light shades depending on your mood! What a blessed time to be alive! On a less silly note, this is a solid desk light that I use on two different desks at my house. My WFM desk is a hutch we converted and as such getting a light inside it to save my dying eyeballs was something I quickly realized I needed. I wanted something that had a relatively small footprint but was a little maneuverable – and this seemed to fit the bill. It comes in essentially four pieces: the base, the arm/light, the fastener, and the power cord. I cussed for about the first 5 minutes trying to get the fastener to sit flush with the arm of the light as it nestled in the base because it is a little awkward of an angle and the base is heavy (you know, to stop it from tipping over). Once past the initial trauma of this, I have actually taken this lamp with us on staycations and been able to get the cussing down to PG and the time to about 30 seconds, just be patient with yourself and DONT FORCE IT (words to live by amirite?). Same can be said for the degrees that this thing can bend to. Could it go lower, maybe – but for most people thats not really needed and it both has a decent range in front but also in the light bar on the top flexing to basically closed if needed.I liked it so much for being able to see the notes I was typing, my keyboard when my 10th grade typing class fails me, and the crochet projects I do sitting at my desk slaving away for the capitalist hellscape we all live in that I got a second one for my fun crafting desk! It functions the same, helps me see, doesn’t take up too much space, and while I usually only use the ‘sleep’ color of light because I love how warm it is – the other game changer is the timer!THE TIMER, OH THE TIMER, did you know that sitting down for literally a third of the day is frowned upon (see hellscape comment above) – and you know whats hard to do sometimes when you’re in zombie mode working? Remembering to stand up every hour and move our sad meat sacks around. You know what this light has helped me do consistently since I got it – keep track of that hour with a time to turn off! I turn the lamp on, I hit the 60 min ‘button’ (more a touchscreen feel), it blinks confirming I am using that function and I start working. The light goes off, I am startled and see the sands of time in my short life span slipping through my fingers as the panic rises once again to choke off my hopes and dreams like the sudden slamming shut of this light being snuffed out – I shake my head, stand up, walk around for a few minutes, do half hearted squats at my desk, and then repeat 8 more times until the end of my work day. SO FUN!TLDR, its a great lamp, I liked it so much I bought two (though not from the same ‘company’ (lets be real, its the same company just a different name printed, we know how China lamps work)), it has a variety of brightness and color options, a built in time, and surprising travel-ability if you’re going on a staycation or just want to carry it to another part of the house.

I needed something that wouldnβt take up to much space on a small desk but still had good quality light. This product did that for me, the 60 minute auto shut off timer is a bonus I havenβt tried yet. There are several modes to adjust the color variations to meet personal preferences. Each setting can also be dimmed to lower the brightness. The base is weighted so itβs very stable if you need to adjust the arm or just prefer to close it when itβs not in use. I think just about anyone would be pleased with this lamp.

The design makes it a great addition to my work desk – our offices get really bright so we tend to turn off the overhead light. Some days we need just a little extra light. This lamp is perfect. You can adjust the brightness and it has different modes you can also use. I love the sleep feature, I set it in the afternoons so it turns off after I leave in case I forget to turn it off. The slim design and ability to fold the top down make this the perfect desk lamp. the light is really great – better than I expected for this price point

I like all the angles I can use. I like the wide base. I haven’t tipped the lamp over at all. Looks funny closed if you don’t know what it is.

So I bought one about 8 months ago and have really liked several things about this light. 1. Four different color modes for different moods.2. Very well built for the price. 3. Adjust where you want the light and it stays there. 4.dimmable lighting on any mode. 5.usb charger right on the side for convenience of charging a phone. Love this light so much I bought a second one.
