As a lamp (as opposed to full room lighting, it isn’t bright enough for that), it is absolutely fantastic! I bought it on sale for about $60 after tax, and I couldn’t be happier. The shade is super wrinkly, but it looks intentional when it’s stretched out, and helps mask the frankly odd pseudo-fabric. It feels very waxy/plastic-y, and can not be washed (and probably should not be steamed, and DEFINITELY should NOT be ironed!). I wipe down the outside with a clean microfiber cloth, the inside I can reach most of easily with a microfiber dusting wand. Assembly was pretty simple, though stretching the top into place would have been easier with a second or taller person (I’m 5’3, I managed it on my own by holding it at an angle so I could see what I was doing, but having someone at the base to stabilize it at that angle would have made it much easier), and I did have a minor issue with one of the rods not slotting all the way into another, but it was far enough in that it was still stable and did not affect the rest of assembly, and is hidden by the shade. It took me a while to find the right method of syncing to wifi. The manual does say, but in an awkward spot which you may accidentally skip over since it’s before the actual setup info. I didn’t realize it came with a remote, but it has been great for my daily needs, since I mostly use it for different tones of white light depending on time of day, easily done via the remote without having to navigate through the app.The app itself is mostly decent, lighting patterns are nicely customizable, and I find it much easier to find the effects you want via the app than the remote (although there is a good selection available via the remote too), but it does occasionally freeze up for me. Nothing an app restart can’t handle. Most of the lighting effects are very smooth, and for the ones that aren’t, you can make very similar smoothed effects as custom modes elsewhere in the app. You do require an account to use the app, and you can technically use the lamp just fine without it, but you do lose quite a bit of the customization options by only using the remote. Haven’t had any issues getting it to work with Google Home, either.

This is a very good tower light. Fun for any room. We ended up buying 3. There are two minor drawbacks. First, the LED strips cannot do a decent white. There is a reddish tint to the warm white setting and a purplish tint to the bright white setting. Second, the shade comes out of the box a little wrinkled, but when it’s set up, it’s not very noticeable. Overall good product, would recommend unless you need an accurate white light.

This is a great light for anyone. It’s almost fool proof to set up, comes with step by step directions and is a breeze! You just have to be patient and careful and it will turn out as pictured. I like all of the different ways you can customize it. The only thing that’s a pain is when you accidentally click the music button. It flashes wierdly and was hard to figure out how to turn that off, it wasn’t as simple as clicking the music button again. Also was totally unable to connect to an app, it wasn’t working for me any way I tried ans seems many people had this issue. But luckily the remotes work with either lamp โจ๏ธ

Stretching the outer part was kinda tough and remote is pretty much non functional. It’s a beautiful lamp and using the app, adjustments are easily made. I may get a 2nd one.

Every once in a while, you find a really good item on Amazon. This is one of those items. The pictures are not misleading and the size seems accurate. It was fairly easy to assemble. I bought two of them for my small room and itโs bright enough. Lots of options for warmth and brightness as well.

In the video it looks like it lights up everywhere when it’s in a corner or standing alone, that is not the case although it is very bright and very pretty. Everybody asked where I got it and everybody has bought one or two. Using them at the end of a TV stand or in a window or on each end of a bar they look awesome dances to music your voice plenty of other options
