   Have used the lamp for a bit now and have to say it has exceeded my expectations. It is sleek and takes up very little space. Love that I can change the hue to what is suitable to my needs/mood. It gets pretty bright on its brightess setting and even feels up my bigger living room with light completely if I don’t rotate the head of the lamp, but can also spotlight an area even brighter if you swivel the head accordingly. Has been excellent for when we play board games or work puzzles. Also, on a lower setting is perfect to just “leave a light on” or to add ambience to a room. Even the smaller reading lamp adds a pretty good bit of light even when on a softer, lower setting. The remote is nice. Lamp sits across from my living room so remote in console in the couch so we can turn on from across the room without getting up. The on/off on the remote has been a little tricky. Sometimes I can press lightly and it works, but other times I notice I have to hold down or push a couple of times before it will work. It will work well, just seems odd that it does not seem to be consistent. My one drawback and why I did not give this 5 stars…when you have a power failure and the power comes back on, the light comes on too. Typically, if one has a light off when the power goes out, they want it off when the power is restored too. Especially if this happens in middle of the night when we are all asleep but have to get up to turn the lamp back off when power is restored. Perhaps not so bad if lamp beside your bed where you can just reach out and turn it back off, but when the light from the living room is shining in your bedroom in middle of the night, this means getting out of bed and walking across the house to do so. Perhaps it was meant to be a courtesy to make sure you are not left in the dark when power is restored. That could be a nice feature, but for me would be nice if I could turn this feature off.

   I bought this lamp to replace an expensive ($795) floor lamp that just didn’t meet my needs. No, it’s not as fashionable and it certainly looks more like a dorm-room light than a bedroom light in my home, but the room is small, and lifting that other lamp (for cleaning behind it, etc) required two hands and I still couldn’t read in bed because it wasn’t bright enough. This lamp has a small footprint, is light and easy to move to vacuum behind it, and easy to adjust.Plus, I just found another unexpected feature…you can use the remote to turn the light off at night, and when you come back into the room the next day or night, you don’t have to search around for the remote in the dark to turn it back on. I put it in the outlet controlled by the wall switch and whenever I enter, I can either hit the switch and the light goes on, regardless of whether or not I last turned it off with the remote. Even if the wall switch is already on, but the light has been turn off, just flip the switch off, then back on, and voila! It’s like magic. As someone who values function over style, this fits the bill perfectly.

   Existing ceiling fan lights do a poor job of illuminating my bedroom and my corner desk with computer/TV monitor. This floor lamp positioned next to the desk bounces the main light against the ceiling and defuses it over the entire room, and allows dimming for watching the TV. The side reading light illuminates the corner desk top perfectly. The remote works fine and is very convenient but does not have a magnet to allow it to stick to the lamp. I keep the remote on my desk or night stand so a magnet is not important to me. Amazon had the lowest price for the lamp and the fastest delivery even without Prime. it came right on time as promised.

   I bought this for my home office… I love the remote control that gives me the ability to adjust everything from wherever I am in the room. The lamp has ample brightness and I use different colors of light for different activities. Therefor the abillity to make these kind of adjustments via remote control is very convenient.

   I needed a bright light for my sewing room. When I got this light put together last night, it looked like it was daylight at night time. I am very happy with it, the price is great, and can see so good. There are 3 light settings. The remote is a plus!

   Yep! The lamp is good enough to get an Anchorman quote. I love LAMP! I’m super picky about led NOT being day glow and needing it to seem like old school incandescent lights and this fits the bill! Plus- it only took like 10 seconds to set up and both lights are super flexible. Great addition to brighten up my dreary little office!

   I got this lamp to replace another floor lamp that I had had for years. I got it mostly for the remote and the LED lighting. It has good LED lighting but the way it’s put together looks a little cheap. Of course no one’s going to look that close.

   I really like the different light settings and the brightness is great!! What I DIDN’T like was that buttons don’t work as expected…won’t turn light off/on and the remote didn’t work at all straight from the box I will call to see where to get the battery..
