Great cover except for the screw hole placement. I installed the plate and it holds as the holes over the decora open are perfect.Why the offset, I have no idea. Holes should be the same. But it did the trick.

I had a wall switch that turned on my garage light from inside the house, you couldn’t see that the light was on and sometimes it remained on for extended periods. I removed that switch and this cover saved me from replacing the switch and patching the drywall. Loved it!
