These lights are nice and bright. I am happy with it on a whole. The only problem I have with them is that I have to get a lot closer to the outdoor tree to use the remote. My older set was not as bright or good as these but I was able to light it from a further distance (not having to walk through the weather). Overall I like this set MUCH BETTER.

I love these lights! I ordered three sets of these last year and used the as christmas on my fence, house and trees in the front yard. The lights are bright, have great animation modes, and the remote control works great. My only issue with the lights as they came previously was that they could get tangled somewhat easily when trying to install. I ordered a couple more sets this year and it seems like they have solved that problem. The newer sets come on a little plastic spool. I haven’t installed them yet, but would assume it will be much easier to keep them from tangling.Customer service was excellent. We get a lot of wind at our house and one set that I had in a tree snapped. It lasted almost the whole season before breaking. I didn’t think much about it at the time, just assumed I was SOL. When I looked at ordering more lights this year, I noticed that it said there was a 12 month warranty. I sent in a picture of the broken strand of lights with my Amazon order details and they immediately shipped me a new set. Lucy with their customer service was great and contacted me several times throughout the process to make sure I was happy. A+ customer service.

I got tired of spending more money for lights at the big box stores. I thought I would try these out since they were less money for what I would spend on comparable length of lights. I was pleasantly surprised at how bright they were when I tested them out. I went to put them up a week or later and only two of the 4 colors were working. I contacted support who were very helpful and diagnosed the problem with the controller for the lights. They sent out a new controller and now all the lights are working again. They’ve been up for over a week and I am pleased with them so far. Yeah it might not even be Thanksgiving yet and my lights are up. These bring such a festive mood to the dark at 5PM nights now.

Update: I contacted the seller and they were more than willing to replace our item at no cost to us. They had very good customer service hour fast to respond We ordered these in August and are just now using them for Christmas decor. Last night they were so beautiful and bright. Went to turn them on the next day and they do not even come on Ugg and of course we cannot return them because our return window has expired. That’s $50 just thrown away.

I expected a much larger package/reel of lights. Very easy to deal with due to how the lights are incorporated into the wiring. Very flexible. Found a very compatible clip system (Deluxe LIght Clips by Adams Mfg. Corp. Portersville PA) to secure the lights to roof shingles. Best Christmas lighting we’ve done in years. I think the length is longer than the advertised 262 feet also.

We found the lights to be a little time consuming to put up on our tree,but once they were up,they looked really great. They worked good for almost a year and then ( I think) water must have gotten in one of the connections. I emailed their customer service dept. and they could not have been more helpful with me. A new string of lights were on the way to me very quickly.Love how the lights look on the tree, and when needed, customer service is exemplary

Bought 2 strings of these for my house. Installed them in such a way as to be inconspicuous so they could be left up all year, unlit when not in the Holiday season.Worked fine through the first Holidays but when I turned them on the following year one of the 2 strings had long patches at random intervals that did not light up.Contacted the seller and they were extremely easy to work with, providing me a replacement string under the 1 year warranty.Replacement string was in my hands within 2 days from shipping and work fine.Bottom line, if yours fail within a year be sure to contact the seller!

The lights were hard to unroll as there a wiry type string attached. If it got a small tangle it would take a long time to get undone. Every single strand we got (we used them in the grass perfect for Xmas lights) would tangle as we rolled them out. Otherwise great lights, bright and love the different settings.
