   Claims 3 connectable strands but only 2 lit up.All lights worked fine when connected individually.For some reason, when 3 strands were connected together, the middle one barely lit up.This is an issue when I’ve already strung 90 feet across my house.1 star.UPDATE to 5 stars after customer service contact. Customer service was quick to offer a refund or free replacement for the bad strand. It does light up when plugged in separately but it is a little dimmer. I think I got one that barely made it through QC. The ones that work, work great, and since customer service was quick to remedy the situation on the bad strand, I’m updating this review to be of the working lights, which are 5 stars.

   These lights took a while to de-tangle out of the box but by box 4 I was pretty quick. We have them set up on a smart plug and they work great every time. Haven’t had any issues with the 4 strands connected together. We have received lots of compliments for the minimal amount of work that went into set up.

   Very bright and easy to in stall. One downfall is that they are way to light. I’ve has them up for a week now and the wind just blows these guys all over the place. They get all tangled up and I had to go back up and untangle a fee times now. Ugh!

   Ordered two sets to string along the house. I was concerned about all the ties other reviews mentioned, however, it only had two ties for the whole string of lights. You have many color options or can select while or a combo. One hint if using the remote it must be pointed at the switch control that’s on the light string. Very versatile and like the look. Some of the strings are very long so they will hang down a bit. Would purchase them again.

   I just received and installed 5 sets of these lights outside my home. I had a number of concerns before ordering based on the reviews here, but I am extremely pleased with them.They come out of the box tightly bundled and, being icicle lights, were rather tangled, so it did take about 10 mins per set to unwind them. The wire is thinner and lighter than other sets I’ve had, making them easier to work with. They also don’t require as much manual straightening once hung as those with thicker wire. Bulbs are not replaceable but there is shrinkwrap around each one that makes for a very tight and waterproof connection. Lights with replaceable bulbs tend to fail when water gets into the socket so I prefer how these lights are made.Another review said the length of the lights is shorter than stated, but I measured from the first light drop to the last and it matched the stated 29 ft length. There is a very long lead wire from the adapter to the first drop that’s useful when the outlet is far away but otherwise you have to bundle it up with a twist tie and try to tuck it somewhere, especially when you’re connecting light sets together. When connecting, you disconnect the light string from the power adapter and plug them into a plug on the end of the previous set. These connectors provide a nice, waterproof connection.I’ve not been a fan of LED lights in the past because they seem garishly bright, but I like the looks of these very much. Brighter than incandescent, but still attractive. The twinkling mode is quite nice. I installed a two-string set of lights and a three-string set and I can’t tell any difference in brightness beween them. I agree with another reviewer’s concerns about whether the light weight of these lights might cause them to tangle or blow into the gutter on a windy day, but have not seen this so far.I expected to dislike the built-in timer functionality, but it turned out fine. If you plug these into an outlet that is constantly powered on, they will light up at the same time every day and automatically turn off after 6 hours. It eliminates the need for external timers or smart plugs and phone apps.The only thing left to be seen is how well these will hold up over time. I don’t know what happens if a single bulb burns out or is accidentally broken, but if I can get two or three years out of a string before replacing them, I’ll be happy.

   Great product but expect to spend time unpacking from the box, the long string icicles seem to love tangling together, perhaps they need an “auto tangle off ” function on the control. Once hung you have to separate a few grouped pieces but once installed and combed out they look great.

   We just hung these up and they look awesome! They weren’t hard to untangle as I anticipated from other reviews. Another review mentioned cutting all the tiny zip ties… you’re not supposed to cut them off. They’re supposed to be there. Lots of light options!

   These lights came nicely packaged, easy to put up and are bright and beautiful. I wanted white for a little contrast and it to look more like icicles. I wouldn’t hesitate buy these lights. I got 100 feet and I had left over so I wrapped the palm tree in the picture because it was so close to my house. I could’ve gone with 80 feet and been just fine.
