I bought these to use with a black candelabra outside for Halloween. I usually use real candles but they always blow out. They exceeded expectations.Pros:* Burgundy color accurate / not bright red* Wax instead of plastic* Flickering is very lifelike; my husband did not realize this was not a real candle!* Remote makes turning on and off easyCons (minor):* The remote feels as cheap as something you’d get from a gumball machine.* No discernable difference between the settings (candle vs. light)* Not super brightDespite the few cons, I will absolutely purchase more of these. Was pleasantly surprised. RECOMMENDED

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of these flameless candles relative to their bargain price point.The wax is very nice, they are a pleasing yellowish-ivory color (but not TOO yellow), and they’re plenty large enough (I was concerned the candles would in reality be puny looking compared to the photos, but they are indeed a reasonably generous size.)Negatives: The flames “dance” a bit too much for my preference – wish there was just a little less movement. The “light” function on my remote does not work as intended (it is supposed to make the flame stay stationary, but no luck in my case- the flames remain moving.)I’m keeping these; they are nice enough for the price. The positives far outweigh the negatives imo. I know I will enjoy them.

I got these candles back in March, and so far, they have been great! The remote is a little flimsy, but the functions all work as expected. Unlike a (not as nice looking) 3-pack I got from a big box chain, starting with “W,” that quickly drain batteries, these ones will last for months – I’ve only changed the batteries once since I’ve had them. They take 2 AAs (I’m using the relatively inexpensive ACDelco UltraMAX batteries). And unlike other, more expensive *single-pack* candles from the same place, these ones do not click as the “flame” moves – they are completely silent. They have a nice warm glow and multiple options – timers, dimming, candle, and solid state. I’m definitely going to purchase some more of these!

The candles look likea burning candle when they are lit. The reomote works well for all of the functions. My candles do turn on when I turn on my TV. They are very pretty in a centerpiece on my dinning room table. I would order them again.

I’m a huge candle person. I love the scent and the ambience candles give my home. But I’ve found that scented candles are getting pretty expensive and burn through quickly. So I’ve invested in the battery powered LED candles in different colors for different rooms and different seasons. I spend a fraction of what I used to on scented candles and now can light for fragrance when I want or need. The LED candles are perfect for every day.

Love these candles. Ordered two sets. Very realistic when they are burning. Mine are the burgundy color and the dye in wax will get on hand when you are taking the plastic film off or handling them. Just put on candle holder to keep color off of furniture or anything. But not a big thing. Haven’t used timer so can’t give stars on timer. I still love them.
