   Overall, I think this is a good product. But first, the downsides. First of all for someone like me who has multiple cabinet sections of different sizes, it would be nice if they also made the light sections in a couple different sizes. There were a couple cabinets where I had to try and bend the lights around. Luckily they are so low profile that you can’t tell once you have them attached. Secondly, the adhesive is okay, but unfortunately I had to use some gorilla double side tape in a few spaces.Now the pros; once you have them up and plugged in they work like a charm! The lights are very bright. And my favorite part is you can dim them. In addition to that, they have a timer option. I would definitely recommend these, but like I mentioned before you may have to do some adjustments to make them work to the space you have.

   I purchased this strip of LEDs to supplement an existing under-cabinet (over the kitchen counter) light fixture. I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of light created from the LEDs. The remote control works well (brightness, timer, on/off). The only “problem” I encountered was with the initial installation, due primarily to the awkward location and body-position required by my specific cabinet/counter installation. It is critically important to carefully measure your choice of location(s) before applying the sticky backing to the installation’s surface. When a strip is first installed (stuck in place) push carefully between each and every LED to force that sticky tape onto the surface.The “separation points” in the 13-foot strip of LEDs were sufficient, and the “bridge pieces” allowed for turns and twists, and parallel portions of LEDs. Just be sure of your measurements before trying to stick a strip into place.

   As shown the product is flat and is a stick of lights. When I received the PKG it was in a sealed fairi thick plastic sleeve. This is good. It was also in a flexible roll. I don’t know if this matters but anyone who is buying this item might need to know. The lights are pretty easy to install. They are bright enough for the purpose I used them for. The remote is nice easy to understand. Hope this helps.

   I received a compact box, and I had forgotten what I had ordered. This product is way above what I had hoped. It is a flexible strip that you can cot and re attach. It comes with the cables to attach the cut strip as well. I was speechless at how good this is. It comes with adhesive as well. I ordered aluminum housing to give it a more professionally installed look. But you’d be fine without it.

   We have a bookcase at one end of our great room. That end of the room was always a little dark. Found these lights, ordered them and a few days later… What a difference it makes. The installation wasn’t hard (biggest problem was removing the books so I would have room to work) and so far the adhesive is holding up. The wife seems happy so am I!

   I thought I was buying individual pieces which could be assembled in different ways, but the pieces can ONLY go end-to-end. Which means, if you want to put two in one area, you have to bend the tape with all the LEDs on it. Makes what I wanted to accomplish more difficult. When you bend the strip, you have to bend it with the adhesive side to the cabinet, but that can’t be done because it won’t bend in that plane. I did get it installed, but it is not smooth all the way as a result of the 2-dimensionality of the product.

   It makes such a big difference! I turned off the kitchen lights so that you can see the intensity of the illumination in the dark. I also like how you can adjust the brightness on the remote it comes with. In one picture, I set the product brightness to the lowest level & you can see my living room light (warm tone) reflecting off the cabinet handles. In the other picture, I set the lights to the maximum brightness. Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for an extra ~glow~. Brownie points for easy installation as well!
