The fan was simple to install. One caveat with it, was the short 5 inch tube only had holes on one end, so we had to use the 10 inch tube. The line and neutral wires were labeled for easy connection. The fan/light control wiring was plug and play. The 3 different light colors was nice, although a dimmer would have been nice. Once installed and operating, it moves air quite well, and looks very nice as well.

I purchased two for our outside covered patio. Installation went very well and they work perfectly. Very quiet and like the 6 speeds and light/color settings. Especially like the design with the 3 wooden blades. I set them up to work from the same remote – which was simple. Had one simple question to ask seller and they got back to me quickly. Highly recommend.

The fan was packaged well. The blades had a musty smell but in time that will pass. I hired someone to remove old fan and install the new one. Wires were a bit confusing I had red wires that were from old fan wiring. Installer worked his way thru it. Fan is up and looks great. The air flow is great and is super QUIET in all speeds.As others have said the light operation is odd. With each turn on and off it cycles thru the different lights. Think it’s 3 levels of lighting but rather hard to tell. Nice you can switch from summer to winter fan direction. Also nice is a timer on the remote. Gave it four stars because the installation was wonky because of wires. Otherwise nice fan.

Fan blades look fantastic. Light is plastic and looks cheap. Comes with 4 different sets of mounting bolts/screws, but none of them connect to a standard American electrical box for ceiling fans. I had to remove the original box and wire directly to fan.

I had two issues with the ceiling fan before everything was working correctly. The first shipment had the wrong color fan, the outside of the box had the correct color (white) but the insides were black+walnut. I guess that was a manufacturing mix up. After exchanging the fan, got the right color and installed it. Instructions were clear and overall pretty straight forward. Unfortunately the fan wouldn’t spin and after a few back and forth emails with customer service the issue was determined to be bad motor controller. After waiting a few more days for a free replacement and reinstalling the controller, everything finally works.Good:* Fan is quiet on 1-4 settings. 5-6 is noticeable still low volume* Customer service was responsiveBad:* Bad parts that took a few weeks to resolve* If ceiling fan is connected to wall light switch, everytime it’s turned on the LED temperature changes, so it requires a few flips to get it back to the desired setting

Easy to follow instruction, but i noticed the downrod replacement to longer downrod should be earlier in the steps. Somehow the shorter downrod is being preinstalled.For newbie to install, took me 2 hours in total (removing the old fan and bracket took 20 mins)Also i was not sure which side blade supposed to be facing downward. Spent a few moments to figure out.Bought this item as used like new, noticed the hole near 1 blade have some cosmetic damage. Will reach out to manufacturer soon.

The fan needs balancing above the midrange, similar to the other 54β one I bought. Standard balancing kit does not work as blades are much thicker than standard fans
