This set is my second set, my first set led lights was beginning to die on me so I decided to replace them. They do output some heat. I use them as my bedroom lights, the app works fine with them, just beware of the TV remote I don’t know if it’s just mine that does it but when I got to change something on the TV the remote will sometimes lower the brightness or turn the lights on other then that they work great. They also have strong Adhesive on the back of the light so my suggestion is that if you want to keep ur wallpaper don’t put the lights directly on the wall. I learned the hard way .

I like them but the other connector that connects the 2nd strip isn’t working is there a trick to it or did I just get a bad piece?

I love these I only need one pack for my whole room and I still got some left over my only complaint is that you can’t attach the two strips together so you gotta finesse a little bit
