I purchased 4 boxes of these lights (48 lights) and installed 46 of them in my 1800 sq foot house and the results are FABULOUS. Once I figured out the PROPER way to hang these new lights (wires SLIDE through the “ears”) I was able to install these in less than 5 mins each light. Another tidbit: I had flickering in 2 rooms with the older creepy bulbs and these new lights remedied ALL FLICKERING. I thought it was a wiring issue and I was looking at bringing in an electrician so I’m especially happy with the results. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased similar products several years ago through a relative who got a deal for me through his company. These were even less expensive and were easier to install. I just put them in, so I can’t speak to longevity of the product, but so far, so good. They were super easy to install, come in a softer light than a lot of LED products and look great. I even have 8 of them on dimmer switches and they look great. I will be ordering 12 more to finish replacing all of the canned lights in my house.

Wow, these are very bright! Maybe almost too bright. I’m considering installing a dimmer to go with them because they are so bright, but I guess better to have nearly too much light than not enough. These are so unbelievably easy to install. I removed the old light bulbs, unhooked the old spring hinges to remove the old fixture, then put these spring hinges up into the light box, and done. So easy. I installed all 12 of them, and all worked perfectly, and have been working without issues the last three months or so. Very happy with them.

Very bright light! Have replaced most all the can fixtures with these. Easy to do. Look great. Work with the dimmers we had previously installed with the old fixtures.

I installed 10 of these the evening I got them. I had the old cans that don’t have the clips for holding the new LED lights up. Installing those clips is a real pain because you have to drop the can down by undoing the wingnut. I figured out after a couple to loosen the wingnut a bit. Pull the can all the way down and then completely remove the wingnut. This way the threaded stud stays retained in the slot. If you don’t do that then you lose the stud and have to find it or have to use tape to temporarily hold the stud. I drilled a small hole then pushed the can back up and got the wingnut on. After that I used a short drill to use the self tapping screws to hold the clips. Drilling or using the self-tapping screws 2” up without dropping the cans I found impossible.I had to put the holes for the brackets 2” up from the bottom of the can. The first couple I did at 1” and 1-1/2” and the spring clips don’t work then. That was super frustrating. Higher is better as long as you can still get the clips screwed on.Mine were for the kitchen and I set them on 4K. They are blinding bright so I will get a dimmer switch to dial it back a bit. Keep in mind the outer diameter of these isn’t as large as the traditional can bezels that are 20 years old. Covering the entire can hole is a bit tight on some holes.
