We’ve had this light installed for a month. My husband installed this while I was working. He said he wishes he had waited until I could help because it would have been much easier with two people. We love the look of the light. The price was good. And I like that it’s an LED. I wish the LED was replaceable. It’s not. So when that dies we will need a whole new light. Also this light is ridiculously and embarrassingly bright. I included a pic to show just how bright it is. You can see my neighbor’s carriage lights to the right of our home. And her carriage lights are standard I would say. Everyone house on the street has porch and carriage lights about that level of brightness. And then there is our porch light which is slightly less bright than the sun. We will see how long it lasts. Most of my LED bulbs last for years but I have had a couple that died within a few months. Would I but this again? No. When it comes time to replace it I’ll definitely buy something with a replaceable bulb.

I have been in the process of taking out all the old boob lights from my halls and closets. This light is a great replacement since the former home owners were too lazy to paint and remove the old popcorn ceiling texture under the old light. After taking off the old light you will feed the wire through the hole in the light, secure it using two screws, and tighten old wire nuts or clamp the new ones. Before putting the main cover of the light on you can also select the color temperature between 3000k, 4000k, and 5000k. Hand tighten three screws for the cover and you are done. The light is significantly brighter than the old ones and has a slightly modern look to it. Really easy to install and adds a lot of light.

These lights are very easy to install in an existing fixture. They take up a minimal amount of space, in a 10×10 room with 8′ ceilings, this is very helpful in not making the space look smaller! I have all of these lights set on the 4000K setting (middle of the 3 choices) and find the light output good. I don’t have any on dimmer switches so I can’t speak to that. A very cheap way to upgrade 17yr old lighting fixtures to a more modern, minimalist style. The lights do get hot after being on for a while, but not so hot as to cause issues yet. So far, the amount of heat output from these appears to be normal. But then again, how often is one physically touching their light fixtures? Right now I have one in the kitchen and two in the hallway and am happy with the products.

We had some water damage in our closet and Iβm almost thankful. I had wanted to replace the old closet light for a while, but didnβt know what I wanted. Found this sucker and love it. Easy to install, and extremely bright. We thought our closet was light before, now we can actually see the floor haha!! Planning to add another to our entry soon.

Great looking light. Looks just like it does in the photo. Fairly easy to install (just as hard as any other light fixture). The light is very bright! It gives off a white light that is a ring of small bulbs inside the fixture. Better to use in a larger room. Put light in room that is only about 10×12 and it is overwhelming. Iβll keep light and change it to a larger room.

Three brightness settings. Had to put it on middle setting. Too bright and a bit cold for a kitchen. The middle setting is perfect. Buying a second one for my garage.

We put this up in our hallway. It brightens the entire area and even helps with lower light areas outside of the hallway. I love that it hugs the ceiling. This is the 2nd one we bought. The other one we have in or bathroom. Looks great in both areas.
