Update: Vendor replied quickly to my replacement request and will be sending a new set. Customer service counts big on my reviews. Original review: The lights were fairly nice and added a good low light glow to the area, but after six weeks it simply stopped working. Bought new batteries for the remote, pulled off the plug for a few minutes trying to reset it. Nothing! It is dead as a door knob. I reached out to the vendor and am waiting reply on replacement.

The lights are very easy to hang onto walls. The adhesive is fantastic and the lights are very bright and have many different colors. The company also replies to emails/messages very quickly and they will fix any errors, if applicable. Great purchase, great customer service, and great lights. Give these a try, you won’t regret it.

The media could not be loaded. ย My set of two light strips both arrived working but during the adhesion process as I was turning a 90โฐ angle one of the color channels (blue) broke on the last 6 feet or so. Since I usually fade full color it doesn’t bother me much but it could have been a problem if I had some specific use in mind. For me these strips are primarily for ambient room lighting (with a few pieces of furniture that i used the strips to create indirect accent lighting with as I went by) so the color control isn’t a big concern. The remote is a sort of standard for these rolled light strips, a fairly cheap but sturdy infrared TV remote. The Android app works quite well too. Aside from the unexpected circuit fragility this strip should last years with no further issues

I don’t know the correct means to contact the manufacturer so I will leave this here as others may have this issue. Every day I have to unplug and re plug in all the lights if I want them to work. They have zero response to the remote and once I unplug them and plug them back in they immediately turn on. I turn them off with the remote every night.
